Question Preload and suspension settings

So just spent a few minutes getting my 06 CBR600 back to stock setting for dampaner an preload.

What i want to know is, what do you guys use? stock dampeners? preload?

im 5'8" and 165 Lbs, sometimes my gf rides on the back shes about 105(a guess, chicks.. top secret wegiht haha)

Just curious what you guys have set. Stock settings seem good but im no expert and just wanna dip into the forums knowledge

Setting back to stock made no sense. Go to youtube, search "setting motorcycle supspension". What other people use has absolutely no affect on what you should use.

I put the settings(front preload, dameners, rear was the stock the stock setting) back to stock(factory settings) to have a starting point, i dont know what the previous owner weighed but the settings were not the stock settings and didnt feel right riding. Now it feels better and just wanted to get an idea. I read online a couple of guides on various discussions about it and i agree seems the settings arnt universial.
