Default removing passenger footpegs

i dont have a new bike yet but when i do is it possible to remove the rear footpegs? will there be big holes in the side where they were? i just dont like the look of them. i will never have anyone on the back. i am a newer rider and as much as i would like to have a chick on the back i would not risk it.

Yea its really simply to remove them. Takes about five min. All you have to do is take off your seat which is connected by two bolts, then a few clips holding a the side piece(Not the fairings) Im not sure what its called. And then unscrew your pegs. There shouldnt be anyholes visable you need to worry about. Atleast this is how it was on my 06rr when i took them off for powder coating.

unless you have a 2007-2008 at which point there WILL be visible holes where the pegs used to be, unless you put the bolts back in...
