If the officer has good sense, he wont even try to catch up. You have a 100 mph head start, and the liability is just way too high for the end result, a traffic violation. However, if the unit happened to actually be right behind me, I would pull over. Running just puts the motorcyclist, the officer, and the other motorists at too much risk. Just my 2 cents
+1

Here in florida is isnt a traffic Violation after 30+ mph. It turns into a felony and immediate confiscation of the bike and a do not pass go directly to jail card.
In that case the smart thing would be not to be going 30mph over huh?

You can't outrun a radio they always say. The thought has crossed my mind, but it's not worth killing myself (or someone else) overa couple hundred bucks.

I would do any rider would do, slow down to let him catch up with me, then i'd take off hoping to lose him, then i'd let him catch up, and repeat for the next 200 miles. Then I would put on my cloaking device pull over and let the cop pass me. Easy question try something harder next time.
Thats just ****ing stupid.
It's called sarcasim.

Had a buddy roll of into a ditch on the side of the expressway once, cop passed he got off the e-way! Had another set of buddies that were caught speeding 5 miles the other way earlier in the night before it was dark and ended up getting pulled over 5 miles away coming from a different direction hours later. They memorized the color of bikes and jackets and said that was enough. Circumstances change many things.

Another one of my buddies got clocked doing 120 by a sheriff in the median on I-75 on his way up north in Michigan. The cop flipped his lights on but my buddy kept going (as it should have been a good headstart-but my buddy never got off the e-way) yet 20 minutes ahead state police at a construction zone pulled him over, told him "somebody would like to talk to him!" Needless to say they got him for a bunch of stuff. Either way your screwed, if you do run though it seems getting off the e-way is a very important thing!

Biggest variable in that decision is wether or not u have a hot chick on the back with big ****, cause if u do u just pull over tell her to unzip the jacket and start flirting. And if she has to take a walk with the cop to put in some work on her knees so be it, gotta take one for the team..........

Should probably say this was a joke before the female members tee off on me. Even though the good looking ones know why they've never got a ticket before .......jk

I wont say who this is coming from but ive heard a lot of things from troopers. First of all it is unbelievably difficult to get a small motorcycle plate going past at 100mph. Second most cops won't chase motorcycles because 1 they know how fast they go 2 how unsafe they are if they chase.

A couple troopers told me if they clock someone over 130 they wont even bother. A cop even told me (he works late night shift) he wont pull u over unless your going over 90mph, speed limit is 65. Crown vics top out at 129 0-60 is 16.5+. Chargers top out at around 145mph 0-60 is sub 6.
