Angry Possible Vacuum leak??

So I am kinda stuck, the bike is idleing at around 2,000 rpms and when you give it gas and then pull in the clutch the bike doesn't slow down. The rpms just stay high like the throttle bodies are staying open but I have check all the throttle cables and it is working properly. The bike also won't slow down when you let go of the gas from the exhaust. It kinda just sticks open so you coast. Any ideas?

2000 rpm is quite high for an idle speed. Try slowing it down to around 1200-1300rpm using the idle screw down on the left hand side of the bike below the tank. If the idle speed is that high it will increase a lot as the engine get hot. The throttle slides may be sticking, but try lowering the idle speed first to see if that helps then we can go from there.
