Does anyone know of where i can get a copy/pdf or any printable version of an owners manual for a 2004 600rr?

nope. the owners manual isn't a publication made by honda. The information contained within it is, but the actual books themselves aren't. you'll have to buy one.

They have .PDF's of them all over the place. Do a google search. I've come accross them quite a bit when I was searching around for a PDF service manual (which there is also a LOT of floating around the net).
