MY Race Bike

most people that drop in velocity stacks without doing a full engine build report losses. I have a ported and polished head milled to HRC spec with hrc springs on one of my bikes and I have a set of velocity stacks just laying around because I won't put them in until I get my HRC cams and pistons dropped in after this season is over.
Maybe someone else can chime in about that, but that's what I've gathered on that topic...

Yeah I've heard the consensus is they are not worth the time, money or effort. Not enough space in the little area for them to effectively work. I've heard in some cases that it acutally hurts your performance. Bummer for sure.
Sweet track **** though!

vstacks make power but not with a stock motor and exhaust. now since i have a full system gearing some tunning they help. right out of the box they make hp but its up so high its not really usable . so if you get a good tune done you can change this . i see throttle respponse and i gained 2hp, slso they give the exhaust a diff tune. but for the cost i wouldnt do it unless you have a lot of other stuff done
