New Here, New Race Bike
Hey Guys,
My boyfriend and I just traded my race bike, a 1989 Honda Hawk for his 1998 F3 It was built for the track, but had a tail light and head light and kick stand. Slicks were fun on the street too .
BUT since my hawk wasn't ready for the next race weekend after crashing, T9 at Loudon Speedway, Andy said I could take his 600 out on the track Lucky me It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I could feel everything that the bike liked and didn't like. it was AMAZING!!
So convinced Andy that we should trade. I had to.
SO question!!
Does anyone race at Loudon?? What gearing do you run? Going around that track I only get to about third gear. Right now I am running a 15/43.
It would be Ok for Jersey or Summit, but not so much for Loudon.
Also I have some stock body work to sell. I'll Post that on the for sale thread.
Thanks Guys,
Kid
