Default is my bike at risk?

i recently was riding my 2004 600rr to work, and it missed a gear going form 5th to 6th. i checked the oil when i got home, and for some reason it was over filled. after diagnosing it, i found out that gas was leaking into the oil. i think it is a fuel injector that is stuck. i have since not ridden the bike so i dont damage anything. my questioon is, did this damage my bike? anything that i should be worried about? the bike is running fine, except for that one missed shift. it hasnt been smoking or running ruff. thanks in advance for any input

I would think you will be ok since you caught the problem and did not let it go for a long time.

Your ok as long as you don't ride it with a bunch of gas mixed with the oil. Fix the cause of this and change the oil and everything should be back to normal.

Wouldn't the rings get dry from the gas leaking through?
