My bike finally got me in trouble...

The bike is an inanimate object, it was your actions that got you in the lime light. You placed the plate where it was, or you rode around knowing where it was and without a light. Regardless if the cop was bored or not you wouldn't have been in that position had you not placed yourself there.

i got stopped for the first time this morning while commuting to Walmart. he said my plate is not visible from 50ft. He asked for my license and insurance and ran my plates shortly after that. Its a sunny day, noon, and they've been running radar all week, maybe they have a quote to meet or whatnot. He left me with a warning and wasn't too rude. I walked back away from my bike while he was still there and i could clearly read my plate. He claimed its facing up(i have it mounted off of my swing arm on those aftermarket plate holders). I had my joe rocket jacket on and my helmet with the blue mohawk on it. Maybe that gave him a reason to stop me. Guess i have to mount it clearly facing straight back like how it comes stock. I have an '07 cbr600 by the way. Blue with silver. Either way it got me a little frustrated! Good thing he didn't notice my expired inspection haha

The majority of cops who pull me over are nice to me since I'm nice to them in first. There have been a few D!(K$ but not much, and I've gotten pulled over all over (NH, MA, NY, VA, NC, TX, CA, NV, UT, FL, etc lol). I was nice to a cop who pulled me over for doing 125mph in a 65 and I didn't get a ticket just a court date. He showed up and spoke on my behalf, got a warning and paid court fees, that's it.

ya the most BS pull over i ever got was i was on the freeway an these cops coming flying up(later told me they were doing 120) so as im getting off the freeway already stopped at the light a marked an unmarked block me into the left turn an hit the lights once i got done with the left. said they HEARD me while they were stopped at a exit. it was 2 in the morning with 3 others cars on the freeway. i told him if i was doing 120 like they thought i might, they never would have caught me.
Maybe its just AZ cops but they like to hassle riders out here a lot. even on the streets. here cops follow us in unmarked vehicles
