If you are only missing one bolt, that's really not that big of a deal. If it's seeping oil out of that area, it was probably put on without being properly sealed. Take off the engine cover, clean it up really good, then make sure you do a VERY good job of sealing it back up with whatever gasket-maker RTV sealant that Honda recommends to use.

 

If it really bothers you see if you can re tap it and put a new bolt in
