Missing piece of Crankcase-WTF do I do???
Well, that spot shouldnt be needed for anything structual so I dont think welding would be necessary. If it were my bike I'd remove the cover and see if I could build up JB weld in the broke off area with the pin in place so that there would be a surface to seal against. Ive used JB weld on my XT225 where the chain gouged onto the crankcase from a misshap. Hasnt leaked since so its holding up well. Being that its the cover area, there should be minimal oil pressue if any so you dont have to worry about pressure issues.
So in short, just build up the break with JB weld with the pin in place, file it down flush with the crankcase and maybe try to tap it carefully just so a bolt could be put back in place for estetics more than structual.

Northernfirepower has the right idea.
Welding would not be necessary and would take some serious time and expense.
I would also suggest the JB weld approach. Just go slow and when re-torquing be conservative!
Good luck!

good advice so far. the only thing I would suggest is to stay away from the JB quick weld. It sets up fast, but doesnt have the holding power as the regular JB weld.
There are also a ton of two part epoxy's that will work as well and they set up really fast.
As said, its nota critical part of the structure. you may even be able to get away with pulling the cover off, placing a new gasket on and applying some sealant between the two good bolts. that way if it doesnt seal and there is a slight gap, the the sealant will fill that gap in.

I used the work for a classic car restoration place....we used the stuff the build up corrodid water jackets...and even to seal the the thru ways between the crank case and transmission case of a lamborgini Mura V12.....yes it WORKS...stuff is flippin incredible. plus is sands nicely and is paintable.
use JB weld instead of the JB Qwik Weld......take24hours to fully cure but holds way better than the qwik weld....and let it fully cure BEFORE introducing oil
