well drag it depends on what kind of city you live, age, and your record.. i did as much as i could to take off all my violations (tickets), took a couple of classes to reduce the record.. i was paying $125 per month in vegas for my F3 bike, and now i got a quote for a 04 600R for $25 per month because i put down my summer home in idaho..

also another thing to reduce the insurance rate is an alarm system, I would call your insurance agency before you buy one and just make sure it's an option..

I dont care if my bike is brand new or used, sometimes salesman are more shady then private owners.. yeah you get a one year warrenty (and if you want a extented one too) but there are alot of loyal private owners that worship their bikes and take great care of it too.

you didnt work the system man.. i got 2 account of reckless driving, who knows how many speeding tickets and exabitsion of power (however you spell it). After you figure out how the system works, you can reduce your tickets to "parking violations" which insurance agencies dont care about.. accidents are the bad thing.. so i got like 8-9 moving violations and my record is actually pretty good, it's the accidents that kind-of F it up.. but the O.C. will do it to ya, I'm lucky my parents have a summer home in Idaho so i can register up there and just bring it back to Vegas...

like i said, best thing to do is put an alarm system, they say about 15% drop on the rate..

Age aint a big factor here, it's a factor - but i seen 50 year olds and i seen myself driving recklessly.. not a big factor really but if your paying $125 a month, you got to find a way to get it reduced - just call your agency and ask what you could do. if you still live with parents, try to put more policies together, you get discounts that way..

She ain't in the garage yet. I just made up my mind that it's a RR for me vs an F4i. Still gotta come up with the right one, either used or new still making that decision.

wow you guys would die if you had my insurance rates..lol 5 grand a year...i guess gettin tickets in high school wasnt a smart thing. 9 points to be exact. . but now what year and what not are you looking at. cause i just bought the 06 600rr orange/tribal and after some other stuff i threw on it was about 12 grand flat. 940 bucks for dealer delivery fee..freakin insanely crappy.

and to the person who repled to one of my messages sayin that he hopes im not a "kid"(16-24) or something..well sry im 20..i buy what i want when i want it..cause life is to short to wait and i got a good job to back me up on that.
