lowering my bike

Default lowering my bike

well heres the deal i just got my bike its a 2004 honda cbr rr600 im not real tall so i was wondering if anybody knew of a way to lower it a little in front and back and if theres parts involved what brand should i go with thanks for any help

There's a way, but it'll kill the handling of the bike...how tall are you, because I know people at or below 5'4" (including females) that haven't lowered their bike and they did just fine, you just have to shift from side to side, so try not to be so concerned on having both feet flat on the ground.

Yeah...i've got an '06 600rr and lowered mine an inch. Handles amazing, love it. There's also a 3" setting you can choose, thats real low though. I have a Vortec Lowering Link on mine, purchased from the dealer I bought my bike from. If you neeed to lower it, 1" should be good enough. Good luck!
