Default lopes at idle

ok this is my first bike. 06 600RR. I took it in to the dealer for the first service and when it got back I noticed a lope when it's warming up. I don't remember it having this lope before the service. Is this normal? It's only loping 50 to 100 rpm. After it warms up and I take off, the lope goes away, but i want to make sure it's not mistuned now.

My Camaro used to do the same thing...but it was cammed...maybe the dealership accidently put a different cam in your bike?

My 05 did it before I put my 2 Bros pipe on. It's more noticeable now because the pipe is so much louder than stock, but the idle smooths out after everything warms up.

Nothing to worry about.

thanks, good to hear it's nothing searious. I was just being causious.

for those that don't know what a lope is, go listen to a hot rod with a really low idle. a lope is a bounce in the RPMs usually easier to hear in older larger Cubic inch motors.
