hey guys im a first time rider of crotch rockets and i just picked this one up over a week ago and i cant get enough of it. got a sweet deal it had only 3900km on it and owned by a cop. paid $7400cdn. i do have sum bad news i wiped out on a turn and scratched up my left side fairing and also lower belly fairing also left side. anyone know a good one for sale?

I would wait on buying new fairings man. Ride it out for the rest of this summer until you get used to it. There is a good chance you could just drop it again and that would be a big waste of money.

 

yeah, I don't have a new 600, but I almost wiped on two turns on the same day. Definitely learned not to gun it at slower speeds and leaning with dirt available but to take the turn sensibly and go fast when straight. I'm lucky I didn't drop it at all.

 

i was thinky buying a new fairing then throwing on sum sliders. it just bugs me how it looks.
