Welcome Jr. Love the bike and ride. But you have lied to us...it's not stock you have Flushies on her...lol
I say keep the color and dump that money into accessories! Rims, Tires, Rearsets, Exhaust, PC3, Rear Shock, Front Shocks...lol the list goes on.

you like to be original and have a red mustang? haha jk but seroiusly nice COBRA.
the blue-silver is sick, and i have seen many a people take that stock and add things/ do tasteful mods and it looks like a totally different bike. you can paint if you really want a new look, but i think the original paint is tight.
imo, i would paint the bottom fairing blue to match, blue pin strip the wheels, get blue aniodized spool, frame, and bar sliders, eliminate the fender and get a slip on pipe, take off the cbr 600rr side sticker, get a smoked or colored windscreen, and last but deffinitely not least, black out that rear (everything silver powdercoat black).
that would, again imo, make that bike stick out and look a whole lot more one of a kind. of course its up to you.
good luch and let us know what you will do. if you paint, make sure to keep the color scheme goin, do like yellow and make the silver some other color...like competition orange... that would be sick.
