How many miles do you have on your bike?
I made it over the 5k mark a few weeks back... and this got me started thinking. If our speedos are off on an average 10% like most say... then I have an extra 500 miles of nothing. I never thought the 10% off was a big deal, but at 10,000 miles, that'll be an extra 1000 miles of odometer reading. That's going to add up fast. Not that I plan on selling my bike, ever, but I'd like to have an actual reading. Are you guys seeing a 10% error on your speedos? I need to pace mine with a car ... or try using a gps handheld to track my speed/mileage.
Bought my 03600RR at the end of may with 1020 miles on it. Rode all of june, was gone for training all of july, and rode all of august...Got hurt and couldn't ride anymore after August, and now it has 9300 miles on it...so that's what, over 8000 miles in 2 months? NOT TO SHABBY! lol No wonder my a$$ hurts. :-)

3500 on my 05 600RR bought in mid July. 24,000 on my 86 600ZX. How could you fit 9 Hondas in your garage, what are they?

I bought my '04 F4i brand new October 17th, 2004, and it currently has 39,502 miles (and that was with sitting unused for a month and a half too). I guess you could say I ride quite a bit, LOL. Never had any problems with it and she still runs like a bat outta hell!
