So my neighbor owns a Honda Goldwing and he has 110k miles on it. He told me that there is another guy in town with one that has over 440k miles on it and he heard some can handle over half a million miles. Whats the highest mileage you've seen on a bike?

 

I've got a kawasaki 1500 vulcan classic that just turned 150, my uncle has a bike with 350k on the clock. both run great.

 

We should get thirdgen, the 100k iron mang, to come in here.

 

440,000 F***in miles.....I cant imagine a bike going that long....4 wheels yes...two wheels...man [sm=signs003.gif]

Alot of Goldwings rack up some serious mileage, and there's probably no better bike to do that on I've heard of quite a few Wings with 200k+ on them. There's a guy on our local forum with around 350k on a HD (believe it or not) but it's a piece, for sure, lol.

 

I was hoping thirdgen would come by

 

625000 MILES on a Goldwing !!! It belongs to Des, age 73, carries his wife and dog everywhere, still goes to all the rallies, has had 74 rear tyres, 38 front tyres and ONLY two engine rebuilds.
Way to go, Des !
