Thanks for the replies guys. I'd love to figure out how this occurred in order to prevent it from happening again. As far as testing the ground wires, should I attach a voltmeter to two of them in order to see if there is a difference in voltage, and repeat till I've hit them all? I'm definitely going to be watching like a hawk from now on. I need to check all my fuses again to make sure they're the right size. I was primarily looking if they were burnt out the first time around. The grounds that screw into the frame are intact and look good. I'm pretty sure one of those wires runs through the harness to this connector but it isn't represented on the diagram so it's hard to say. I don't want to tear my wiring harness apart, but I suspect that the aftermarket lighting might be a factor and I'd open it up to fix this issue for good. I'm going to get one of those blocks, it looks like a much better fix and one that will hold for a while. Does it come with a cover for protection/water proofing? Or is electrical tape the way to go?

Self amalgamating tape would be your best bet. Not as cheap as your typical insulating tape but much better for your purpose. Impressive stuff and you won’t want to give away what you have left over !
Over lap and keep nice and tight as you apply ( once you’ve treble checked your terminations lol )
Best of luck mate
