Headlights are out both high and low

Headlights are out both high and low
Hey everyone I need help finding the headlight relay and or trouble shooting with me based on what I’ve checked.
Things I’ve checked:
wiring diagrams
20a headlight fuse
dimmer switch
headlight bulbs
When I turn on the bike the third light above the two main ones is on. However upon checking my running light (if facing head-on the bike) the one on the right it’s not on. I also tried switching on my highbeams but no response either, it doesn’t even trigger the blue highbeam indicator on the dash.
