well he said he didnt even change lanes he was just waving to a friend in a car. when he was pulled over he still had his turn signal on. So he pled not guilty and is getting the tape from the cruiser...

yeah I bet they were jsut trying saying thatso they had a reason to pull you over to try and get something on you.
