I just got a 06 600rr last wednesday and have only filled the tank once since then at about 160 how many miles are you guys getting on the 06 600rr's?

 

I got 145 miles on 3.8 gals = 38.2 mpg on my 2nd tank full. I'm just at 420 miles on the clock.

 

last time i filled up i had 160 miles on the tank and i filled up with 3.9 or 4 gallons or about 40 miles to the gallon.

 

ok and now my next question when i filled up at 160 the red light was flashing is this the light mening i am going into reserve or that i am about to run out of gas. i am trying to learn all the little things about this bike as it is comepletly different from my f4i.

 

0.9 gallon reserve is left when the light starts flashing.
