Default frame sliders

quick question i havean 05 cbr 600rr and i wanted to see how easy it would be to install frame sliders to my bike? i heard that i have to drill a hole on the fairing and stuff..... is is do easily do-able on a weekend

I did mine a month ago, took about 20 - 30 minutes on a 04' F4i just removed the fairing and stuck some playdoe on the inside reinstalled and followed the hole in the playdoe and used a whole saw... Quickest mod iv ever done...

I installed mine last weekend, took about a total of 6 hours. It's do-able but a pain in the ***. Make sure you have all the needed tools and a buddy.

My left hole isn't quite centered, my right hole wasn't a perfect circle due to wobblely hole saw. I ended up using car door trim as a grommit for the hole, makes it look nicer.

Removing the plastics was easy, putting them back on was not fun.

I did forget to tighten the pinch bolt, so the plastics needs to come off
