Spark Plugs = NGK Iridium
Air Filter = Stock
Oil = Whatever works. You're going to change it in 2500 to 3000 miles anyway so just use the Honda stuff. HP is good oil.

I've always used AMSoil synthetic. Don't know why, I just like it. But I still use Honda oil filter and air filter.

I have an 06' and i use NGK Iridium spark plugs, K&N air filter, and on oil i would recommend the AMSoil or Royal Purple. I personally use the AMSoil but i have also heard good things about Royal Purple but its a lil expensive. I found the AMSoil is the same as the Royal Purple in terms of performance.

+1 on the amsoil synthetic...great stuff! its a lil on the pricey side but worth it, and as far as an oil filter the oem honda ones u can get at your dealership should be just fine.

Welcome to the forums though!!
