Default Air filter & spark plugs

I am thinking about replacing the OEM air filter. I went through the entire service manual and couldnt find the part number for the filter. I'd like to replace it with K&N, anyone knows the part number? Thanks in advance.

Also, Should I just replace the spark plugs with the recommended brand by the service manual or should I switch to iridium. if so, what's the part number for the iridium plugs?

I use the factory Honda air filter. Its excellent quality.

I also use the stock Honda air filter. In fact, when I bought my F4 (well-used) it had a K&N on it that I promptly removed and replaced with the Honda filter.

I bought my K&N High Flow Air Filter HA-6099 Honda 1999 > 2000 for £22 off eBay and then bought Iridium Sparks best purchase I've made. The K&N sounds like a supercharger now when you open the throttle.. nice side effect. Got the carbs rebalanced and it's flying now.

same here - K&N and iridium plugs. I didn't do it because I believe it's better than the Honda part, but because I'm lousy at doing things on time. This way I can clean it instead of remembering to order a new one. I did notice the sound right away, but assumed part of it was because I waited too long and the stock original was totally clogged. oops.

I replaced the plugs with the recommended NGK CR9EH9s, the old plugs weren't even tightened enough, what a sloppy job the previous owner did. It was definitely PITA to replace the plugs yourself because everything was so tight...but eventually I did all 4 in 4 hours. I am going to order the K&N tomorrow, it looks like the air filter was never been replaced...it looked disgusting.
