My 06 600rr is lowered about 2-1/2inches, so it might give you an idea of what your lookin for.

How bad does lowering your bike like that affect you in the corners?

BAD!!!! My girls bike is lowered 3 inches, and jumoing from mine to hers is like going from driving a pinto to a semi.

 

how tall are you that you need it that low? im pretty short (5'6") but i still fit on a stock RR

 

are you to short for your bike or are you just doing this for looks I have heard it is not good to lower a bike.

 

No I didn't do it for looks. My girlfriend is about 5'2" and she rides my bike as well as her own and it's just easier and safer for her so that she can touch the ground when she stops instead of having to shfit her weight and the bike so that she can touch the ground.

 

hey sean what did you have to adjust? like the head lights and such i want to lower it for my girl also she is 5'3'. dont know why they are so short haha. but i guess it would help me out im bout 5'8' cant sit both feet flat on the ground but i can ride it like it is though
