whats the difference between these two sizes? i know ones profile is smaller then the other but what will be the difference on the street. i got a 05 600rr and i have pilot power race mediums (120/70zr17) on now. what can expect when i switch to the dcIII's in the different sizes?

The 120/65 is 5% shorter. I know that doesn't seem much, 23.614" vs 23.142" to be exact, but it'll make a difference in handling, lean angles, road feel, etc. Stick w/the stock size.TONS of $$$ and time went into the R&D on the bike including what tire size works best with the way it's designed. This should be an easy choice.

I hope you live in a hot climate running races on the street. I have seen so many crashes caused by race tires on the street. The heat cycle for race tires is worlds apart from the heat cycle on the street.
