Default Bike dies when slow rpms

My 2006 cbr600rr issues/concerns: 1)I began noticing when I start my bike and while letting it warm up in neutral and when I stop my idle would jump from 1 back to 0 and almost die. and so I adjusted the throttle cable which seemed to help for a hot minute. The F 1 sensor was on and I’ve replaced a couple of cracked o rings and put in a new map sensor because the old one was shot. Now it dies each time decrease. Before I get to even downshift and I start to slow rpm’s. I have to throttle heavy just to keep the bike from killing out. It’ll start but I’ve got to really give it throttle for it to stay alive. When I accelerate from 1st to 2nd the bike will start to die until I pop the clutch out and ride in 2nd.
