Default Bad A$$ Exhaust system!

Hey ya'll. OK, I posted this thread to ask a question for all to answer. I love loud! What is the best exhaust system for a CBR600RR or the 1000? The best in HP and the loudest? What in your opinion is the best out there?

D&D is the loudest, hands down. but it doesn't make a lot of HP. you can buy the Arata Full Titanium Race core system that makes the most HP for the 600 (not sure about the 1000), and it's growely, but it'll ring your bell at full tilt if you're not wearing hearing protection... as well as any spectators that might be a few yards from where you're at.

but consider this before you buy. Denver Colorado area is pursuing any vehicle that violates the federal EPA regulation for sound suppression. My brother is a patrolman in the denver area and he is where i am getting my "From the police's perspective" information. basically it boils down to weather or not you have an EPA stamp of approval on the exhaust system. if it doesn't you get cited and must report for testing. if it fails the decibel testing, you have one of two options: 1. pay a hefty, hefty fine or 2. fix it so that it does meet EPA regs. if you get caught again, your bike is seized and you are hit with a HUGE fine.

this can happen anywhere. so just think about it.

D&D? What is that and where can I find it? The same question for the Arata Full Titanium Race core system. Also, is the Arata loud? I get that it makes great HP, but is it loud?

OK, I just did some research. Now, what is the difference in a slip-on and and a full system and which is better?

Full system is a full replacement exhaust plumbing. a slip on is a simple silencer replacement. generally full systems make more HP than slip ons, but are almost 3x more expensive.

If you just want to be loud, then a slip on will do.

LOUD is good, but if I can get LOUD and more HP, that would be even better. "If it's possible, then more power to ya."

With that said, What should I do?
