Anyone raced their RR Vs F4i?
Just curious, has anyone seen or have raced their RR vs. F4i. Please, dont write about the technical specs or rumors that you heard of. I would appreciate if I can read some of your personal encounters. I have an F4i and thinking of getting the 600RR next year. If they are way to similair I would just wait another year and go to a 954 or 1000rr afterward.
Thanks for reading my post.

RE: Anyone raced their RR Vs F4i?
are you talking straight line racing? the RR has more power and you can feel its faster in a straight line
that said who buys a 600 to go straight? takes all the fun outta riding if you don't have fun in the turns
I've ridden both the F4i and RR on a track and the RR stock feels faster than my pretty highly modified F4i in the corners and obviously it accelerates faster

I see what you guys are saying. That pretty much what I expected. THanks.
However, I dont think there is too much power difference between the two bikes. Its the same exact engine but the fuel injection is programmed for dual stage on the RR. Also the bike is 7 pounds lighter, which I dont think make much of a difference. I dont go on the track with my bike nor I am planning to do that. Im just looking for a better street machine. Personally, I like the front of the F4i more, but the banana seat on the new models makes me want to vomit.

the F4i has used the same engine since 2001, they tweaked the injection a little after 2001 but that has nothing to do with the engine. If the RR's are using an 01 engine (which I can promise you they aren't) Honda has some real problems.
I think they have some of the same specs but they are still 2 different engines
