Default antifreeze dripping while in storage

So it is now snowing and i put the bike away about 2-3 weeks ago. Took battery out and did all the normal procedures for winter storage. I went to check on her today and there is a drip on the mat i put under the bike of green antifreeze. The drip is the size of roughly 2 nickles put together. WHAT DO I DO. Do i need to rip the side of the bike off and get to work to see if its bad or not? Is this normal when it sits in a cold shed for 3 weeks so far?

It has never ever leaked for the last 5 months i have owned the bike when i rode it in summer. The bike is a 2006 cbr 600

ANY SUGGESTIONS

could the anti freeze overflow have a small crack because the change in temp.
also if the antifreeze is low where do i fill it. Just in the radiator cap or in the overflow cap.
Also will this work if i just add a little in there

Hmm a couple of things you have nailed.

1) How full is the system? I mean if its full it might be pressurizing out and causing it to come out.

2)If its frozen you could have a crack some were in the plastic reserve tank

3)Might have a leak some were else around a hose too.

The system is low if anything, it is on the low mark on the overflow.
my first question is i need to fill it and i am going to use the honda fluid that is green. 50 50 blend. Can i just poor it right in the overflow?

ALso i looked everywhere for the leak and took all panels and lower cowl off the right side of the bike where the overflow sits. I saw nothing leaking at all and no drips of any sort. The only thing i saw was little drip marks on the left side of the cowl that i still had mounted(clutch side of bike).
Nothing was leaking and nothing really seems wrong. I saw it on a hose mor eont he left side of a bike it was a thicker hose but i wiped it off and nothing looks cracked and nothing is coming out. Any ideas. Could it be that there was some left in system and now that i winterized and its been sitting for 3 weeks it just came out. I have no clue.

anything will help but nothing is cracked and nothing is dripping out like a leak or anything. ITS GOT ME AND I HAVE NO IDEA.

Sometimes you cant see the cracks. Im guessing its coming from a hose. When rubber gets cold it actually exapnds slightly which may be allowing the smallest size hole to appear. So its most likely an old hose that has a tiny pinhole in it. Try cleaning the hose and then wrapping a paper towel over the entire hose and check on it a few hours later. My guess is that once the winter is over and it begins to warm up that the leak will stop. Of all things just upgrade the hose and put a new one on.

I had my f2 leak from the thermostat cover and didnt find it till i noticed it was a crack i could not see with the bare eye. Only found it because i was lucky enough to see a small amount comeout from the pin sized hole.

Hope this helps.

I appreciate the help. I took the left lower cowl off and found the leak. It is coming out the end of the hose so little it was hard to find it. But it wasnt coming out through the hose just the end of it where the fitting met. I am asuming it was the clamp so i tightened it. We will see in a day or so if i see any more fluid comes out.

also i added coolant to the resivor the 50/50 blend. Is this ok even if i am not 100 percent sure it is the same stuff in there. I am 90 percent sure its the same well atleast it looks the same.

I dont think it should be an issue. Most coolants are mixable these days. I think it may just shorten the life span of the coolant though. But you might as well just change it once the weather gets warmer. Its not that expensive and its always good to have fluid 100% new.
