Default Adjusting of the clutch

Hi.
So, my 07 has 1k miles on it now. horray.
is it possible to adust the clutch? my grip zone is at the extreme end of the clutch lever playing out, and i almost wonder if the clutch may slip at times. it seems like the friction zone has traveled more towards releasing the clutch over the last 1000 miles now.
Not sure if this makes sense. Please jist let me know! Thanks so much.

G-

the cables stretch when new.

in the manual it tells you how to adjust it...

on the perch there is a big circle lock ****, loosen than, then turn the actual threaded part that the black cable goes into LEFT (or out/counter-clockwise) then just tighen back up the lock circle thing, very easy to do, i usually adjust mine when im at a stoplight.

not sure if this was what your looking for but im pretty sure it is.

At my 600 mile check on my rr i needed a bigger clutch washer to reduce slack in the lever. Apparently, the slack should only be enough to fit a penny in the gap..
