about to begin putting hotbodies undertail on my '05cbr600rr, does the entire exhaust need to be taken off to remove the heat shield or can the shield be cut with steel cutters since undertail will cover...also if shield is completely removed, how much hotter can i expect my passengers to get?? appreciate input

 

Its a lot easier to take the exhaust off, and since you are installing a hotbodies it will be off already. PAssenger shouldnt feel much difference.
