Recently I purchased a pimpbike.com undertail for my 03 600rr, I decided to do a write up on it for anyone else interested in them.

Everything that came in the box when it arrived:


First remove the seats:


Next remove the rear plastic four bolts 2 under rear seat 2 lower end of plastic:


Then remove the ugly mudflap and the metal brackets total of 8 bolts 4 on the mudflap and four on the metal brackets (save 2 of the bolts from the metal brackets):


Remove the passenger pegs four bolts:


Here is where it gets a little tricky the left side undertray has to be dremeled a little bit
I marked where it needs to be cut:


After I cut it:



Then install brackets to undertray:


Install L bracket to bike where the metal bracket was removed with the bolts you kept before:


Then wire up the turnsignals (Blue to Red / Orange to Red / Green to Black(for both sides) (I used the original plugs from the factory turn signals) and plug them in to make sure they work:


Bolt up undertail to L brackets and re-install passenger pegs and plug in turnsignal plugs:




Then just bolt the plastic back up and reinstall seats and your all done:

Now to uninstall it and have it painted
