Default 2007 Honda CBR 600rr crank no start condition

This will be lengthy and descriptive. Bought a 2007 Honda CBR 600rr last September, 77,000km. Previous owner had blown the rear wheel bearings clean through the rear rim. I put it up on stands, and I've been slowly going through it since. Here is a list of repairs and maintenance items completed. Replaced rear rim and rubber.Replaced front rubber and balanced rim.New front and rear wheel bearingsNew front and rear sprockets and chainBoth front brake calipers rebuiltFlushed coolant and brake fluid *Bike on the road for 3-4 weeks* - back on stands Replaced steering stem bearingFront fork oil, bushings and seals replaced.Installed heated grips.Oil changeValve clearance adjustment. At the beginning, and during the middle of repairs, bike started, operated correctly. No starting, running or FI code issues. After reassembly following completion of valve clearance adjustment, bike will not start. The timing is verified to be correct, as well as valve clearances. The bike will crank, fuel pump primes, but will not turn over. Ether sprayed at the air intake made the bike start, but died after ether ran out. This was performed once only. Fuel rails were checked for correct operation of fuel pump. Fuel injectors all passed for correct resistance. The bike has successfully turned over 3-4 times, with excessively modulation of the throttle. But it will not idle by itself, and this is not consistent. It should fire up after only a few seconds of crank.
.The ECU was swapped with a known good unit, and same results occurred. The DLC was jumped as per service manual, and at first, it threw codes for every fuel injector. After clearing the codes, only 1-2 is displayed. But only upon connection of the DLC jump. No Fi codes are present without the jumper connected. I checked the harness for the fuel injector, and I am getting battery voltage from the one wire in the plug. As per service manual, this indicates open signal wire. Two questions. I realize that an open is a break in the wire. But where would I find said break? I have identified the two wires on that plug. I'm not certain the purpose of each wire, and where to go from here.
