Default 2005 cbr 600rr fuel pump not priming.

HEY THERE. I'm having a issue I'm not getting a fuel pump prime sound when ignition switch on the ON position. I check my wires going in to the pump and the brown with blk wire has 12v but on the other side of the connector that goes to the pump it drops down to 4.35 volt. Ive seen a lot of threads stating about a pink wire off the ignition switch that a diode goes bad but my cbr is a 05 which means it only has 2 wires coming out of ignition. I also checked both wires coming out from my ignition switch and both wires have 12volts. Ive already by pass the bas and the kick stand and still get no fuel pump priming sound as well as I put str8 power to the pump to assure that it is working and it does make the usual priming sound.
any help would be appreciated.. THANK YOU ALL

Have you tried swapping the relays to make sure that is not causing the problem? Sitting on the bike, it is a set of three on the left, behind the mid-fairing. Link below talks about someways of checking them...

Bought a bike that wont start - Page 2 - 600RR.net

Good luck

Assuming your fan relay (middle of the three) is OK, you can swap it with the other to see if either the fuel cut (front of three) or engine stop (back of the three) is causing an issue.

Yeah I already try swapping all relays I even swapped it with the head lamp relay which is the same relay and still no luck. Not sure if it matters but headlamps are disconnected all fairings are off the bike so this bike is naked. not sure if having the headlamps disconnected would make a difference. I read a few weeks back in this forum saying that having the headlamps disconnected was the reason for someone's ignition problem.

Thay's only if the Headlight harness is disconnected from the loom , as the headlight harness carries the BAS, different on the 07
