I have just returned from iraq, and i'm looking to try a diffrent oil. i usually use motul, and was wondering what kind of oil you guys usually use.

Welcome back. Why do you want to change brands? I use castrol and I know someone who uses lucus. I would like to try repsol but way out of budget.

 

this will only be the third time i've made an oil change. i went with the honda spec oil the first time, and the second i put the motul in (which i recommend) it made a noticeable difference in the motorcycle. I was j/w what you guys used.

 

Welcome back, I'm assuming you made it back safe and sound since you're going to be riding your bike.

I use the Honda oil just for the price and since I change it less than every 2,000 miles.

What kind of differences did you notice with the Motul oil?
I am going to be replacing my clutch here shortly and thinking about going synthetic for the new clutch.
So should I stay conventional or go full synthetic?
Also are there any good sites to get oil cheap?

You can't go wrong with Honda CN 4 oil.

 

Rotella T synthethic in the Blue bottle sold at Wal-mart. I use Rotella in everything and have used it in all my past bikes.
