how is the clearance with the front windshield?

Is there a big gap from where the old guages uset to be, since the digital ones are not as bulky

could you take a couple pictures of it looking down on the guages... like the position when you would be driving the bike?

sorry for all the dumb questions man, i just like to know what i am doing before i start a project :-)

hi there, looks like good work, i am eager to do the same thing myself, however i have heard there are problems with redline differences, fuel guage indicator not working, a permanent red light, and issues with the orange fuel guage. have you managed to switch it on and test all of its features?

I have a 99 F4 carb'd model see and i understand there are a number of differences between the injection 01-03 model and mine.

any help you could give would be greatful

The bike redline stays the same. All you have to do is remember what the bike ridelines at or just mark the gauge. If you get the 900rr temp sensor the redlight will disappear. The fuel gauge wont work and you wont have a low fuel light

so i just want to follow up about this conversion. is the digital gauge still working well? also what all information does the digital part give? i see speed and time on some other pics, anything else? i really want one that will show which gear I am in as well. is it possible to get any other kind of aftermarket dash to show this as well?
also i see a comment about the fuel gauge not working after the conversion. is that still the case or were you able to fix it?
