This is the most important question you have about "drop kits"?

If it is - use the drop kit to learn to ride... if you must... remove it, find a closed parking lot, and learn to wheelie properly.

Familiar with physics?

When a bike is lowered, the center of mass as determined by gravity (to create downward force) is now closer to the ground due to the fact that the bike is lowered. Hence it will take more energy on your part to make the bike rise to one tire. This doesn't limit you from bringing the bike up onto one wheel, but it will require you putting alot of energy into making the attempt. If you are familiar with riding wheelies, you should be able to adjust for the lowering kit to bring the bike up (allowing RPMs to increase to a greater value than normal, etc...). Either way, attempt OFF the roads if not familiar. If you can, learn on a lighter bike (dirt bike, etc...) to familiarize yourself with balancing and adjusting the body. Otherwise good luck.

Peace

mikebluep5,

Ya there isnt really a way to get around the holes in the tail. That is actually my current task for the winter (and a couple other things). I am attempting to find a large type of grommet to fill the hole, however it is a slow process. Ya you are right about the aftermarket kits, they come with the holes like in the F4i. I can send you pictures if you give me your e-mail (cant get great resolution from forum). Peace guy.
