Exclamation tail light and turn signals stopped working

Hey all, so I was installing new turn signals. When I turned the bike on to check the connections, the left one worked perfectly and when I switched to the right one it worked for approx. 5 seconds before my dash, tail light and turn signals stopped working entirely. My head light works just fine and the high beam bulb lights up but nothing else on the dash does (including the neutral, back lights and the odometer). I don't have a fuse tester but would it mean one of the fuses was blown or maybe the rectifier. Also the PO installed a used set of aftermarket stalks and they cut the connections and taped it up I removed all the tape and redid the wiring with quick crimps until I can buy a fresh set of new connections.

I'd love your help because I was supposed to go on a ride with some friends in the morning.

Solder those connections asap and just pull the fuses and see if they are toast. You don't need a tester. Just eyeball it.
