thats odd because when you register and tag the bike, and even get a liscense to ride, they never ask for any of that..you just pay them and go on your two wheeled way, or one wheel depending on how excited you are lol, also if you were to see this womans truck, just the picture alone would tell you that there is no possible way i hit her.. its a dent then a deep scrape all the way down the truck to her door.. if you think about that, that is impossible to do if im walking out a 500 pound bike..backwards.. im pretty sure any sane person would realize they bumped something and not keep going..not to mention, i wasnt even moving when it happened..the point is.. she hit me, i dont have insurance, im screwed because im alone in the fight against mr big insurance company.. if a judge saw the pictures( and he will trust me on that) he would laugh at them and call it a day..the fact that i didnt have insurance dose not meen i hit her.. and that wont even be a problem in fl if it goes to court, its not criminal, its civil.. so im getting my papers in order and im suing the driver and insurance company in small claims court.. id rather pay 250.00 than over a g any day..

UPDATE: i called another insurance company today and explained the suituation to them, the guy i talked to owned the company for 30 years so hes pretty believable..he said since no cops were called, and nobody saw anything, they dont have a case period... he said yeah they could take me to court but that would cost more than what they are trying to get so they wont bother, and they can submit it to the state and try and get my liscense suspended, but it would fail because they have no proof of what happened they cant just say it was my fault and thats the end of it and he said it sounds like they just want money, he also said that if they try an take it to collections then i can sue the diver and the insurance company in court and i would win.. bottom line is, its up to them to prove i hit that lady and they cant so im good to go..florida wont suspend my liscense just because they tell them to they need proof and a judge would prob say you cant it and throw it out of court.. he told me to tell them how it is, and if they take any further action i will counter sue them..

mine is a funny story, i had this twin turbo crx one time, and me and a buddy of mine were on this back road ( he drives mustangs lol) and he said my car wasnt s*&t so i decided to prove him wrong, hondas are high reving i just slammed through gears pushing 25 pounds of boost, and after the ordeal he said " man you killed those rpm's" and i said " no.. i raped them" lol it just kinda stuck after that ha ha. ive only really messed with honda, im just new to there bikes, well that and carbs, im a fuel injected ecu tuning kinda guy.. but its cool to learn i guess

yeah i know right, just goes to show how much people care about money and not right from wrong.. florida has always been messed up like that even the court system is stupid and just wants money as well
