basically my problem is when i try to start the bike it only turns over it wont fire up.
i checked to see if the coilpacks was firing with the spark plug but there is nothing getting to the spark plugs to fire the bike up... any1 got any ideas? 99 cbr f4

 

I am having the same problem. My won't start but it will crank. I've changed the spark plugs and new battery. Nothing changed yet. Have you got yoru solved? if so what is it? I also have the same bike you have now.
