Default Rear shock upgrade

Soo here we are again...
After countless of changes to the bike to it run, as good or better as original I have come to you again.

Where I live the roads are sometimes a bit bumpy. But since I am used to adventure off road riding I have been able to basically push the bike to the limits under such conditions. Now the problem starts, so I took this girl on the back of my bike, just a short 5 min trip, not even breaking the speed limit. But when I went home I noticed my rear shock being super rough.
I called this buddy of mine who is a motorcycle mechanic and he immediately said, yeah the shock is basically gone.

Now I never quite liked the suspension as I found it to soft for my bw and wanted an upgrade.
I was looking at a couple of brands and want to know your recommendation, sub 800 euro inc shipping to Netherlands please.
-nitron ntr r1/r3
-yss mz366
-your own recommendations
Thank you guys in advance.

Additional: at this point the fixes def aren't worth what the bike is worth, but honestly I fell in love with this bike and want to keep it around for many many years.

So I watch all of the videos neevesybikes puts out. He recently posted this video about the GSXR he is rebuilding. It covers all of the suspension rebuild steps.

The guy has been working for MCN for years and knows his stuff. I'm sure he could go to anyone for his suspension rebuilt but chose MCT suspension. I have heard from more than one person that unless you are a high level track day rider or amateur racer a properly rebuilt stock suspension is fine for most of us and also more reasonably priced. Maybe reach out to them and see what the shipping costs would be. Good luck.

Then why not go for a good oem unit?

Baboon do them at €60, some of them look to be in vgc and they’re already in the Netherlands :-

so my biggest issue right now is that I found the suspension to soft for me, as I am heavier due to my sport at roughly 95kg. so I already wanted to upgrade the suspension and this was a blessing in disguise as it gave me a reason to spend the money.
but yeah if the suspension worked great for the other people a rebuild or second hand is def worth it.

so it is basically the same answer as I gave the other guy, I never really liked the stock suspension as I found it to soft for me as I am a bit on the heavier side due to my sport.
otherwise it is definetly a good option, even better a buddy of mine blew his shock last year and he indeed went the second hand route as he was satisfied with his shock

Best thing I did when I bought my bike was take it to a suspension tuner who set it up for my weight and riding style.

At £70 it transformed the bike’s handling.

Yes I opted to do it with a friend using my experience and even that already changed the entire game
