Default Possible blown spark plug

I think that i may have a blown spark plug but I'm not sure. Can some one help me figure out if I do have. The bike makes a ticking sound and the black spark plug sleeve is jumping up and down. If it is a blown spark how do you fix it?

Remove the wire, inspect the well, remove the spark plug, and have a look at it. If you can physically see the plug wire jumping up and down.... you have a problem that needs addressed now.

Reseat the plug cap to get it securely back onto the plug, see if it still does it - if it does then remove the plug, check the threads, check for bits of aluminium in the thread suggesting you have stripped the cylinder head, change the plug, fit it properly - i.e. finger tight then 1/2 a turn, refit the plug cap and see if it still does it.

The reasons why the the plug cap could be moving are:

1 - because either the plug is loose in the head and being blown around
2 - the plug is fitted badly/stripped out so that pressure is blowing past and making the cap wobble around.
3 - the plug cap isn't on properly meaning it is shaking about with the vibrations of the engine.
