Default New CBR owner with questions about looks of bike.

Hi everyone. I just got my first bike, a 99 600F4. I love it but it's a little plain so I was hoping for some advice on some specific decals and body parts from you guys.
It's a pearl diamond white paint job, but I was looking for something like "CBR" in a dark grey going down the front sides.
Also, the rear seat is huge! I was wondering if there's something to give it the look of the bike in the top left corner of the screen (where it says the 2006 bike of the year). The only reason I'd even bother with a change is because the lock on this one doesn't work. The latch under the seat is missing so you can just lift the seat off. I figured if I had to fix it, I might as well get what I want.
Anyways, here is the bike. Sorry for the "sig" picture, but I can't get photobucket at work and it's the only url I remember.
Thanks!

I like it in all white myself. As far as the seat goes you can get a unpainted Targa seat cowl for $112.00 and have it painted to match or you can do the 01-03 F4i sub-frame and tail conversion.

I am missing my seat latch as well and it don't bother me-I just don't keep to much under the seat and the seat stay on just fine.

as far as decals, just go to a grapich desing place and they should be able to help you with the colors and stuff. as far as the seat, you can do the targa cowl which looks cool but takes the seat away or you caould do the F4i swap which costs a bit more but looks better than the cowl in my opnion.

Before you do anything to the seat - ride the bike. Right now it is about as comfortable as it can be... going to the F4i seat is a bit of a comfort sacrifice. If you plan on riding all day all the time... then it's probably not for you. If you do a few hours here and there - you'll be fine.

One other possible solution is a seat skin... white for everything but the riders portion.

Not as clean as the F4i seat, but keeping the original comfort factor.

Doing the actual tail swap is not really that hard. It should only take a few hours once you have all of the parts. As for the parts it took about 6-8 months to gather everything as cheap as possible. The subframe I got from someone on this forum for $25. It was slightly twisted, but a buddy of mine helped me fix that. The rear cowl was all rashed up and missing a bit. I got it on ebay for $25 and spent $15 on a repair kit. The paint was a couple of bucks. I got the rear integrated light for $50 and the rear fender battery box for $65 on ebay. The undertail was $75 from ebay (www.pimpbike.com) and the cowl also from ebay, which had to be painted. The seat was $40 on ebay. Hope this help.

i recomment a f4i tail and subframe; makes it look really clean and nice. as far as decals go, that is how you make your bike different from the ordinary, look at others for ideas, then do your own thing.
