I was looking at alternatives but didn't want to tare up my gear. I was pretty bummed that the paint didnt line up so in the future I might get it repainted or when I buy track fairings Ill but a street upper as well and get it added to the paint work order. I know sharkskinz makes a street upper to match track fairing two piece kits.

Just updated the first page, rewrote the beginning and took updated photos for the links. I would really appreciate it if some one could double check my links and make sure that they are working.

Thanks.

Clutch cover picture link doesn't work for me.

You could make animated .gifs for the taillight and ram air turn signal links. I think I remember seeing a video that you made showing the turn signals. Shouldn't be too hard to make it a .gif to show it off. Just a thought.

Cool fixed that link and I never thought to do the gif Ill try it out.

Got the Grips in today, was very sad that they arnt my beloved dual compound renthals but I wanted to try out the medium. Just in case you couldnt tell I could care less about the color of the grips. Also got new gloves the old ones have started to fall apart from using them to ride my mtn bike in and the palms are falling apart. Hopefully these will last longer. I decided to bump the protection up to a half gauntlet because they still get great circulation but offer some padding for my ulna. Lastly the new longer brake lines finally came in as well and they are the around the fork style that I wanted (this is a custom set, spiegler does not charge extra for it, I can give anyone the measurements to get the custom set if they want) so Im really happy with them, Now I just gotta sell the old set. Anyone want a set of SS brake lines? I have fresh crush washers for them.

I ordered some dynaliner and exhaust wrap for heat suppresion because the 12" x 24" they gave me is a joke; that stuff should be here in a week so it should be pretty fun to wrap the headers. And the added performance boost is nice too . Now before anyone tries to tell me otherwise, I have done a ton of research on wrapping headers, the pros /cons of it and I have decided that it is worth it to wrap the OEM Headers; still on the fence about a full system though. Think I might install the chain and sprockets tomorrow as well.

Wow I wish my bike was = to half this one. I named my bike zippy with all the zip ties I have on it. (mainly holding up the right side mirror onto the metal part that is supposed to hold screws, was rusted and bent beyond salvation) Great gauge/speedometer among everything else. Can't wait till its all done!

This is a special picture, that bike looks lovely mate... really does... without having to trawl through the thread, what are your front forks and wheel guard? Obviously aftermarked ones but thinking of changing the front suspension forks on my bike now... just wondering where and what to buy though... and I assume I'd have to change the front wheel hugger?

Its a 1000rr front end and I've been riding it around for about a week now and all I have to say is that it is AMAZING! this is what this bike needs, I would recommend it to you a 1000 times over. and its incredibly easy to do, I would say its even easier than the split seat. Really! the hardest part is getting the parts!!! I love it so much! Im fine doing a little write-up for you might have some pics lying around too. and yea its a really loooooooong thread to navigate
