if it is just that fron tab, the one that has the one single bolt that bolts to the frame, you should get a rubber mallet and hammer that bitch straight. the channel locks might just break the tab off.It wont have to be perfect, as long as you can get that bolt in there. And if you eff it up just buy a new one. BTW you should go all out an buy an 02 f4i subframe and rear fairnings. It looks alot better than the banna seat. let us know what happens.
