i need quick help what hose is this???

please help me here im a confused newbie.....
they both go up right under the gas tank what are they????

someone on here must know i think there supposed to be connected with a U shaped connector hose if that helps..........

yep it is there so if you overfill your tank the gas has some where to go but there only is one on mine see if the other one goes to the canister under the bike

Don't worry they should be there for a start, it's like that on my bike and is shown like that in my haynes manual.
One is the fuel tank drain the other is the fuel tank breather.
