How fast is a 1999 F4
yes dude.... learn to ride... sharpen your skills first....
take me as an example.. i first got my bike... rode around like a noob.... dont know if i was a squid... cause i had all my gear... but i was doing 70mph in 45s... and i finally screwed up... and fell pretty bad.....
from that day onward... i decided to take it easy... learn to be a better rider.... and im still far being a great rider.... but i ride 10x better than when i first got my bike 2 months ago....... msf class helps a bit.

I'm glad other riders talk the importance of getting the skill of the ride down. I have rode a long time now and just picked up a 99 f4, it's been through a couple owners and has been laid down a lot it seems. I am replacing my skins right now. I am sharing this bike with my little brother and it's his first ride. He is definitely trying to learn the skill but like I keep telling him even when you think you know everything that's when it's time to be most careful. First time I hoped on the bike I got it up to 147 real easy. Luckily i live in the country and have to look out for more deer than dumb other drivers. These bikes are amazing but they still need respect for sure.
