horn isnt loud enough

i just moved to texas from kentucky. had to get my bike inspected today. well i didnt pass, he said my horn wasnt loud enough. how can i make my horn louder. cuz it seems pretty loud

That's ridiculous that he told you that. Get a supervisor & tell him its a stock horn. All stock horns are DOT approved.

hows your battery? I know when my battery was almost done my horn got quieter - other than that, as gotcbr said, it is DOT approved.

i just put 2 high n low tone horns on my f4 but after i buried them in the best spots i could find there no louder than stock but the sound will get more attention. stock horn was loud though
